We can often arrange virtual appointments within 48 hours, although this all depends on Dr Hiba’s schedule.

I am not sure of the name of my skin condition.

As long as you send close up photos and provide details of the condition that’s worrying you, Dr Hiba will be able to offer a diagnosis and prescribe any required medications.

I am not sure if my condition can be treated using a virtual dermatologist consultation.

The best thing you can do if you are unsure about your condition is to send us a detailed email explaining what you have. Once you send this information over, Dr Hiba will be able to decide whether this is an issue that can be treated online. Dr Hiba saved me. I need to see someone urgently about a fast growing/change growth under my eye. Dr Hiba took me in on her break. She did a wonderful job on removing the growth at a sensitive area. My teenage daughter attended having suffered with bouts of regular breakouts which caused her significant concern and distress. Dr Hiba took the time to explain what was causing the problem and gave very pragmatic and honest advice about the treatment pathway. Less than a week later the results are already evident and my daughter; who only last week felt very low about her skin now has hope that she doesn’t need to suffer any longer.
