Dr Hiba Injibar is a highly skilled and qualified consultant dermatologist based in London, known for her exceptional expertise in medical dermatology, cosmetic dermatology, and advanced laser treatments. Dr Injibar has over 24 years of experience in the field of dermatology and treats both adults and children. She completed her bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology from The American University of Beirut in 1992. She then graduated from medical school in 1996 and started her internship in paediatrics. In 1997, she began an intensive three-year residency training in dermatology and became a fully registered dermatologist in 2000.

In 2001, Dr Injibar received sub-speciality training with an emphasis in laser dermatologic surgery from a fellowship at the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery. With her exceptional skills and expertise, Dr Injibar became renowned in the Middle East, having honed her craft in Lebanon and Saudi Arabia before bringing her talent to London. In her clinic, she has a collection of laser machines which she uses to treat various skin conditions.

Dr Mary Sommerlad

Consultant Dermatologist

Dr Mary Sommerlad is a Consultant Dermatologist and fellow of the Royal College of Dermatologist and international fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology. She lives and works in London dividing her work between the Homerton Healthcare
NHS Foundation Trust and The Portland Hospital for Women and Children. Sh especialises in facial pigmentary an inflammatory dermatoses, skin of colour dermatology, laser dermatology and paediatric dermatology.

She studied medicine at UCL where she obtained a First Class intercalated bachelor’s degree in Immunology and was awarded the British Society of Immunology Undergraduate Prize.

Dr Mary undertook her Dermatology training in London at the Royal London and Royal Free affording her a wealth of experience in managing dermatology in all skin types and colours. She has been awarded a number of prizes for her work in Dermatology including the Hugh Wallace Prize and the Royal Society of Medicine Monthly Registrar Prize in 2013 and 2014.

Her interests include facial inflammatory dermatoses such as Eczema, Rosacea and Acne; pigmentary disorders such as Melasma and skin rejuvenation. She is passionate in promoting healthy skin at every age. To this end she a Diploma in
Child Health from the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health and has been promoting education and competence in skin of colour dermatology in the UK with
academic publications, research and lectures in this area including involvement in the UK Dermatology Clinical Trials Network.

Her work has been published in highly regarded scientific peer reviewed journals such as the British Journal of Dermatology
and she is frequently invited to speak at academic meetings including at the British Association of Dermatologists Annual Meeting, European Academy of Dermatology and Venereology, the World Congress of Dermatology and the UK Skin of Colour meeting.

Due to her commitment in promoting healthy skin and skincare for all, she is an ambassador for the British Skin Foundation. She was a recurring Dermatologist in the BBC One series “Skin” and has contributed to a number of features in highly
respected publications such as Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, Elle, The Black Skin Directory and The Sunday Times. Her philosophy is to ensure as many people as possible are equipped with advice on how to maintain healthy skin for their lifetime.
