Initial Consultation

Every treatment begins with an initial consultation here at our Harley Street clinic in London.

During this process, Dr Hiba will thoroughly analyse your skin in order to accurately recommend the best treatment for your skin concerns.

During the consultation, Dr Hiba will suggest a bespoke treatment plan that will best help you achieve the desired results for your skin. Often, we see patients who think a particular treatment, for example, extensive facial fillers, are right for them. Unlike many other aesthetic doctors, Dr Hiba an experienced London Dermatologist feels comfortable saying no to treatment requests that will not help patients enhance their natural beauty, and instead recommend an alternative treatment that will better suit their needs.

Dr Hiba is bilingual, and can perform consultations, treatments, and follow up appointments in both English and Arabic.

The Treatment Process

During treatment, patients can relax in the knowledge that their skin is in safe hands. All treatments will be carried out in our London clinic by Dr Hiba, including minor surgeries.

Dr Hiba is a highly skilled dermatologist with 20 years of experience in her field. She possesses the knowledge and training to treat most skin, hair, and nail conditions in patients of all ages and lifestyles.

At Dermasurge, we look to foster a warm, relaxing, yet undeniably professional atmosphere. This helps our patients feel totally comfortable joining us for any dermatology procedure. We utilise only the best technologies and facilities, offering innovative and cutting-edge treatments that offer flawless results.

Post-Procedure

Even after treatment is over, patients can still expect Dr Hiba’s support and care. This is one of the many reasons so many return to us time and time again.

Many clinics on Harley Street, and in the UK as a whole, specialise in “quick-fix” procedures. These are non-invasive in nature and carry with them little to no downtime. However, these kinds of treatments offer only moderate results and a temporary solution that requires multiple follow-up treatments.

Dr Hiba endorses a different approach. She encourages her patients to lean into downtime in favour of outstanding long-term results. This will mean fewer treatments, in general, are required.

Dr Hiba will always teach her patients expert dermatological techniques that will help them maintain their results at home as part of their daily routine. Dr Hiba also personally conducts all follow-up appointments at the clinic as well ad virtually.

Cancellation Policy

To cancel your appointment, please notify us via email or phone at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. Failure to do so may result in charges as follows: £50 for consultation appointments and up to £100 per hour for procedure appointments.

The above also applies in case of no show.

Dr Hiba saved me. I need to see someone urgently about a fast growing/change growth under my eye. Dr Hiba took me in on her break. She did a wonderful job on removing the growth at a sensitive area. Stitches out this morning and it is almost invisible. Professional, soft-spoken – could not recommend her enough!

Dr. Hiba removed a dermal piercing for me and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. She was compassionate, kind, caring, and completely honest throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me full confidence in her care.

My teenage daughter attended having suffered with bouts of regular breakouts which caused her significant concern and distress. Dr Hiba took the time to explain what was causing the problem and gave very pragmatic and honest advice about the treatment pathway. Less than a week later the results are already evident and my daughter; who only last week felt very low about her skin now has hope that she doesn’t need to suffer any longer.
