Collagen Stimulation & Long-Term Volume Restoration

Sculptra is an advanced injectable biostimulator made from poly-L-lactic acid (PLLA), a biocompatible and biodegradable substance designed to restore facial volume and improve skin quality by stimulating the body’s natural collagen production. Unlike traditional dermal fillers that provide immediate volume by adding gel-like product under the skin, Sculptra works more gradually by encouraging the skin to rebuild its own structural support over time. This results in a subtle, natural-looking improvement that enhances the skin from within, rather than changing facial features instantly.

How long do Sculptra Filler last for?

Results typically last up to two years or more. Unlike traditional fillers that dissolve in 6–12 months, Sculptra builds your own collagen, which degrades much more slowly.

What can Sculptra Filler be used to treat?

It is primarily used to restore facial volume and smooth deep wrinkles or folds. Common treatment areas include:
Cheeks and Temples – For a natural lift and to fix hollowing.
Jawline and Chin – To define contours and smooth marionette lines.

Do Sculptra Filler hurt?

Most patients describe it as mildly uncomfortable rather than painful. To manage discomfort, providers typically use a topical numbing cream and mix the Sculptra with lidocaine (a local anesthetic) before injection.

Is there any downtime?

Downtime is minimal. You can generally return to daily activities immediately after the procedure. However, you may experience mild swelling, redness, or bruising for 2–7 days. It is recommended to avoid strenuous exercise for at least 24 hours.

Dr Hiba saved me. I need to see someone urgently about a fast growing/change growth under my eye. Dr Hiba took me in on her break. She did a wonderful job on removing the growth at a sensitive area. Stitches out this morning and it is almost invisible. Professional, soft-spoken – could not recommend her enough!

Had a consultation today with Doctor Hiba, and so far very pleased with her recommendation and explanation about my treatments she suggested which is Subcision and CO2 laser resurfacing according to my skin concerns (Acne scarring and few traumatic scars). My teenage daughter attended having suffered with bouts of regular breakouts which caused her significant concern and distress. Dr Hiba took the time to explain what was causing the problem and gave very pragmatic and honest advice about the treatment pathway. Less than a week later the results are already evident and my daughter; who only last week felt very low about her skin now has hope that she doesn’t need to suffer any longer.
