Preparation: Avoid blood-thinning medications, alcohol, and harsh skincare 24–48 hours before treatment.
Treatment: The nose is cleansed and numbed, and precise injections of dermal filler are administered. The filler is then gently moulded to create a natural, symmetrical appearance.
Aftercare: Avoid touching the area, strenuous exercise, and pressure from glasses for 24–48 hours to allow the filler to settle.

What are the side effects?

I had my first Ultraformer HIFU treatment at Dermasurge today with Manuela and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Manuela was incredibly professional, patient and reassuring throughout the whole session. She explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable, allowing breaks whenever needed and chatting with me to distract from the more intense parts of the treatment. Had a consultation today with Doctor Hiba, and so far very pleased with her recommendation and explanation about my treatments she suggested which is Subcision and CO2 laser resurfacing according to my skin concerns (Acne scarring and few traumatic scars). My teenage daughter attended having suffered with bouts of regular breakouts which caused her significant concern and distress. Dr Hiba took the time to explain what was causing the problem and gave very pragmatic and honest advice about the treatment pathway. Less than a week later the results are already evident and my daughter; who only last week felt very low about her skin now has hope that she doesn’t need to suffer any longer.
