Dr Hiba saved me. I need to see someone urgently about a fast growing/change growth under my eye. Dr Hiba took me in on her break. She did a wonderful job on removing the growth at a sensitive area. 5 stars. Excellent service. I was seen in clinic with my young daughter. Customer service is outstanding and Dr sommerlad gave a diagnosis and treatment of my daughter condition in the appoinment, I was so pleased at the quick diagnosis and treatment. I had my first Ultraformer HIFU treatment at Dermasurge today with Manuela and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Manuela was incredibly professional, patient and reassuring throughout the whole session. She explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable, allowing breaks whenever needed and chatting with me to distract from the more intense parts of the treatment. I really appreciated how attentive and caring she was.

The treatment itself was thorough and carefully done — I felt confident I was in very experienced hands. Manuela took her time and made sure every area was treated properly, which gave me a lot of trust in the process.

Dermasurge has a very professional and calm environment, and I’m looking forward to seeing my results over the next few weeks and continuing my treatment plan. Highly recommend Manuela if you’re considering HIFU treatment.

Had a consultation today with Doctor Hiba, and so far very pleased with her recommendation and explanation about my treatments she suggested which is Subcision and CO2 laser resurfacing according to my skin concerns (Acne scarring and few traumatic scars). Also would like to say that Girls at the reception are very welcoming and made me feel valued. Very excited, and will update more information after outcome of my treatment. So far very happy with their service and can’t wait to see results ☺️

My teenage daughter attended having suffered with bouts of regular breakouts which caused her significant concern and distress. Dr Hiba took the time to explain what was causing the problem and gave very pragmatic and honest advice about the treatment pathway. Less than a week later the results are already evident and my daughter; who only last week felt very low about her skin now has hope that she doesn’t need to suffer any longer.

Ridwana was also incredibly kind and understanding. She shared her own experiences with my daughter making her feel much more at easy.

The entire clinic has a calming yet professional atmosphere which is exactly how the clinical experience also felt.
