Stretch Marks
The skin possessed remarkable capabilities to stretch and adapt as we need it to throughout our lives, thanks to useful proteins called collagen and elastin that it produces. However, during periods of sudden growth when our skin needs to adapt quickly, often the inner layers of skin cannot keep up with the production of these proteins at the necessary rate, causing a tear and allowing the inner layers to show through. When this occurs, it results in the appearance of stretch marks.
What Causes Your Stretch Marks?
Stretch marks are a common skin condition that can affect anyone. They’re often caused by:

Can Stretch Marks Be Removed?
Based on the cause of your stretch mark, the severity of the stretch mark, and how long you have had it, you will be able to determine whether it is possible to improve its appearance.

Can you get stretch marks anywhere?
You won’t get stretch marks on your face, hands, or feet, but they can be almost anywhere else. Dr Hiba saved me. I need to see someone urgently about a fast growing/change growth under my eye. Dr Hiba took me in on her break. She did a wonderful job on removing the growth at a sensitive area. Manuela was incredibly professional, patient and reassuring throughout the whole session. She explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable, allowing breaks whenever needed and chatting with me to distract from the more intense parts of the treatment.
