Education and Training

Dr Injibar is a highly skilled consultant dermatologist, based in London, expert in giving natural and beautiful results to the skin using cutting-edge technology.

Dr Hiba’s studied at The American University of Beirut, gaining her bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology in 1992. From here, she attended medical school, graduating in 1996, and embarked on an internship in paediatrics. It was in 1997 that her passion for the skin was sparked, as she embarked on three years of intensive residency training in dermatology. Dr Hiba became a fully registered dermatologist in 2000 and receiving sub-speciality training with an emphasis in laser dermatologic surgery from a fellowship programme at the Washington Institute of Dermatologic Laser Surgery the following year. Dr Hiba saved me. I need to see someone urgently about a fast growing/change growth under my eye. Dr Hiba took me in on her break. She did a wonderful job on removing the growth at a sensitive area. Stitches out this morning and it is almost invisible. Professional, soft-spoken – could not recommend her enough!

I had my first Ultraformer HIFU treatment at Dermasurge today with Manuela and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.

Manuela was incredibly professional, patient and reassuring throughout the whole session. She explained every step clearly and made sure I was comfortable, allowing breaks whenever needed and chatting with me to distract from the more intense parts of the treatment. I really appreciated how attentive and caring she was.

The treatment itself was thorough and carefully done — I felt confident I was in very experienced hands. Manuela took her time and made sure every area was treated properly, which gave me a lot of trust in the process.

Dermasurge has a very professional and calm environment, and I’m looking forward to seeing my results over the next few weeks and continuing my treatment plan. Highly recommend Manuela if you’re considering HIFU treatment.

Had a consultation today with Doctor Hiba, and so far very pleased with her recommendation and explanation about my treatments she suggested which is Subcision and CO2 laser resurfacing according to my skin concerns (Acne scarring and few traumatic scars). Also would like to say that Girls at the reception are very welcoming and made me feel valued. Very excited, and will update more information after outcome of my treatment. Dr. Hiba removed a dermal piercing for me and the experience was exceptional from start to finish. She was compassionate, kind, caring, and completely honest throughout the entire process. Her professionalism and attention to detail gave me full confidence in her care.

I’ve been attending Dermasurge for the past 4 months for laser and Botox treatments. The staff are all very professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. An excellent TEAM!

My teenage daughter attended having suffered with bouts of regular breakouts which caused her significant concern and distress. Dr Hiba took the time to explain what was causing the problem and gave very pragmatic and honest advice about the treatment pathway. Less than a week later the results are already evident and my daughter; who only last week felt very low about her skin now has hope that she doesn’t need to suffer any longer.

Ridwana was also incredibly kind and understanding. She shared her own experiences with my daughter making her feel much more at easy.

The entire clinic has a calming yet professional atmosphere which is exactly how the clinical experience also felt.
